SPECIAL 10/10 WOD CHALLENGE FROM FENG CROSSFIT!
AMRAP 49 minutes in 2-person teams:
PERSON A: 200m Run
PERSON B: 10 Single-Arm DB Thrusters (22.5/15) then 10 Pull-Ups (repeat until Person A finishes run)
After Person A finishes run: Person A & Person B both do 11 synchronized Hand-Release Push-Ups
Person A & B alternate movements each round. For example, in round 2, Person B runs 200m and Person B does thrusters and pull-ups until Person A finishes.
Each round of thrusters and pull-ups starts where the last person left off. For example, if Person B gets 1R+3 in the first round, Person B starts at the next rep in the next round (1R+4).
The WOD is scored by total rounds of thrusters and pull-ups completed within the 49-min time cap.
