2. WOD

For time in teams of 3 (30min cap):

  • 1,200 Meter WB Run (9/6) *

  • 180 Calorie Bike(150 Ski/200 Row)

  • 100 Hang Power Cleans (45/35)

  • 80 Thrusters (45/35)

  • 60 WB Cleans (9/6)

* Everyone runs, but only one person holds the WB while running. Teammates can take turns holding the WB as many times as they want without dropping the WB.
