5 Rounds for Max Reps, rest 3mins between rounds:

  • Max Bench Press (3/4 Bodyweight)

  • Max Strict Pull-Ups

3. Body Armor

2 rounds, rest 1min between rounds and increase weights each round:

  • 50' Single Arm OH Walk (left)

  • 50' Single Arm OH Walk (right)

  • 7 Pausing Ring Rows (2s pause at the top)

2 rounds, rest 2mins between rounds and increase weights each round:

  • 9 KB Sumo Deadlifts

  • 50' Double DB Walking Lunge (hang hold)
