Crossfit基礎課程

CroSSFIT FOUNDATIONS COURSE

想加入CrossFit 團體課程但是沒有CrossFit經驗的人,都必須先從CrossFit基礎課程開始入門。課程中會教導CrossFit各種基礎動作,並引導您更了解CrossFit。

CrossFit基礎課程內容包含:

  • 6 堂 1 對 1 的基礎課程。由CrossFit認證教練指導CrossFit的 12 個基礎動作,以及CrossFit團體課程中常見的其他各種動作。(需於90 天內完成)

  • 免費的 1 個月會籍。當您於 90 天內完成 6 堂 1 對 1 基礎課程後,您將有一個月的時間,可以將基礎課程所學的動作,在CrossFit團體課程中安全的練習,並且慢慢的融入社群中!

基礎課程費用:新臺幣9,000元。

The Foundations Course provides a strong introduction to the CrossFit Foundational Movements and regular group CrossFit classes. Foundations classes are structured just like our regular CrossFit classes and are driven by the traditional CrossFit methodology of “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity.” The Foundations Course is required for anyone new to CrossFit before they may sign up for regular group CrossFit classes.

The Foundations Course includes:

  • Six private, one-on-one foundation sessions with a certified CrossFit trainer. These sessions will teach the 12 Foundational Movements of CrossFit as well as other common CrossFit movements. 

  • One month of guided CrossFit classes. After members complete their six foundation sessions, they receive one month of mentoring to help them safely and confidently transition into regular group CrossFit classes.

The fee is 9,000 NTD and must be paid in full before starting the first class.

CROSSFIT GROUP CLASS

CrossFit是一項核心力量和適應性練習結合的訓練體系。整套訓練計劃的設計初衷,是為了盡可能全面的激發適應性反應。CrossFit絕不是一個強調單一專項的訓練,它致力於優化人體處於強健狀態下被廣泛接受的十項體能素質。這十項體能素質分別是心肺耐力、肌耐力、力量、柔韌性、爆發力、速度、協調性、靈活性、平衡性和準確性。

單堂團體課程最多同時 10 名會員上課,每堂課將會有一名或多名CrossFit教練同時教學指導,以確保會員的安全以及姿勢的正確性。

*如果您從未上過任何一家CrossFit認證的健身房的基礎課程,在報名參加CrossFit團體課程前,必須先完成“CrossFit基礎訓練課程”,才能加入CrossFit團體課程,與其他會員一起上課。

Our regular group CrossFit Class that combines elements of weightlifting, gymnastics, and metabolic conditioning. Workouts change every day. The purpose of each workout is meant to challenge and optimize the 10 general physical skills: cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy. Class size is limited to 10 athletes per class, and all classes are taught by one or more CrossFit trainers. 

*All members who are new to CrossFit must first complete the Foundations Course before they can sign up for regular CrossFit classes. CrossFit Classes are only available to members with Unlimited Memberships and Weekend Warrior Memberships.
