CrossFit Trial Class

我們的CrossFit體驗課程是專門為沒有接觸過CrossFit,並在開始基礎課程之前,想嘗試CrossFit運動的人所設計。體驗課程類似於我們日常的CrossFit團體課程結構,皆以CrossFit的核心概念作為基礎編排課程內容。每堂課程內容包含有氧以及無氧運動,並由體操、心肺,以及力量訓練所構成。

所有人都可以免費參加一堂CrossFit體驗課程,只需透過下方表格登記。
之後每堂CrossFit體驗課程為新臺幣500元,每人最多可以體驗 3 次。)

每週CrossFit體驗課程時段:

  • 星期一至星期五,晚上8點

  • 星期六,中午12點

Our CrossFit Trial Class is designed specifically for those who have never tried CrossFit before and want to try out the sport before beginning our foundational courses. The experience course is very similar to our daily CrossFit classes, based on the core concepts of CrossFit. Each class includes aerobic and anaerobic exercises consisting of gymnastics, cardio, and strength training.

The first CrossFit trial class is free and only requires a quick sign-up through the form below.
(Each class after that is 500 NTD. A maximum of 3 trial classes are allowed per person.)

Bilingual (Mandarin and English) Trial class times and availability:

  • Monday to Friday at 08:00 PM

  • Saturdays at 12:00 PM
