Our Private Group Classes combine basic gymnastics and calisthenics movements with interval conditioning and strength training. Classes are structured like our regular CrossFit classes and are driven by the traditional CrossFit methodology of “constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity” – minus the heavy barbells. Our coaches will identify each group’s specific fitness goals, assess their current fitness capacity, and design a custom-tailored program to meet their needs.
